**Process

1. Define the inventory to be performed : it is possible to perform a global inventory (all warehouses, all products), partial for a given warehouse, or partial for a list of products.

   

2. Validate the inventory : the list of products concerned with the expected stock is indicated

   

3. Enter actual quantities : several methods are possible

   

   • pre-fill with the theoretical quantity and correct any discrepancies found
   • use a barcode reader : scanned numbers are added to the list

     

   • delete the entries
4. Save entries Allows you to interrupt the entries
5. Close inventory, which will generate correction inventory movements

   

Tips

To make an inventory for a list of products in a warehouse, create the inventory for one of the desired products, validate it and then add the other product references.

If a product has a stock 0, it does not appear in the list of the validated inventory. To add it, use the add button by indicating the warehouse and the product concerned
